SHIPPING

Items shipped usually within 2-3 Business days. Please note deliveries will not be made over weekends or public holidays. Deliveries are made by couriers, therefore we need a physical address, not a PO Box, as a signature is required.


PRIVACY POLICY

Climbing Equipment NZ is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal information provided online is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, or for Climbing Equipment NZ to contact you in regards to an order.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILTY

If for any reason we can not fulfil your order, we will contact you and advise you of your options. Either a full refund, if paid by internet banking or advising you of the products availability if you still require the out of stock product at a later date.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Climbing Equipment NZ. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

 

FAIR TRADING ACT 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Climbing Equipment NZ if you are not completely happy with your purchase we will happily accept your returned goods. However, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in an unused condition and have all the original packaging and labelling intact.

We will either fully refund the price of the goods returned or replace your goods. Return of goods is at your cost.  

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, we will offer you the choice of a refund or replacement. If you choose a replacement, it will be dispatched to you free of charge. If you opt for a refund, we will also reimburse you for the cost of returning the faulty product to us, once Climbing Equipment NZ has received the returned goods.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please carefully check your package when received for any signs of damage and do not sign or accept delivery if external damages are found. The courier’s responsibility is to return the package to us. Please notify us by emailing sales@climbingequipment.co.nz within 48hrs upon opening if your products have been damaged in transit.

All our deliveries are very carefully packed to keep transit damage to a minimum. We will replace all returned products broken in transit and in the event the product is out of stock we will give you a choice of a refund or re-supply at a later date.
